Nuisance

 

The Environmental Division responds to open burning, solid waste, household waste, waste water, abandoned wells, abandoned homes, trailers and general nuisance complaints by investigation or referrals to other agencies.  A complaint may be registered with the Environmental Division by completing and signing the nuisance complaint form.  Names of complainants are confidential.
