Blood Lead Clinic (By Appointment Only)

2nd Tuesday of each month

 

 

TB Testing (No Appointment Needed)

Monday 7:00-11:00 AM , free

 

 Cost
$10.00/shot + $15 office visit fee or the IDPA card for most shots and Lead

 

For state provided vaccines, the Health Department will not deny services for inability to pay.
