The Environmental Health Division’s food, water and sewage programs provide three of the four core services required of all certified health departments in Illinois. Environmental Health Hours

Monday-Thursday 7:00-4:30 and by appointment on a limited as needed basis  Friday-Saturday

 

Attention Contractors: please plan for limited Environmental Health availability on Fridays and no availability on Saturday & Sunday when planning septic and well installations.  A minimum of two working days notice is required to inspect a system.

 

MCHD Office Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:30 PM
