The
Community Care Program at Mason County Health Department strives
to help older individuals remain independent. The program
staff consists of trained community care aides.
Referral
Sources
- Senior Services of Central Illinois,
Inc 1-800-252-2516.
An
evaluation will be completed by a case manager. They will make
a visit to your home to discuss your needs and to determine whether
you qualify for the Community Care Program.
Criminal
Background Checks
All new employees in the
Community Care Program are required to submit to a fingerprint and/or
fingerprint criminal background check through the Illinois State
Police Department.
