Camryn Gann graduated from the University of Illinois at Springfield in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Environmental Studies, and in June 2025, completed her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Phoenix. She joined the Mason County Health Department in 2014 as the Vector Control Intern before transitioning into a full-time Environmental Health Inspector. Camryn now serves as the Director of Environmental Health, Coordinator for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) program, and Assistant Administrator. She is also a Licensed Environmental Health Practitioner (LEHP). In her expanded role, Camryn provides critical operational support in emergency situations and strategic initiatives. Her goal is to be an approachable resource for the public, with a focus on education and awareness to help prevent foodborne and waterborne illnesses.
