How do I qualify for In-home Care?

- State of IL Community Care Program can have a case manager schedule an evaluation to determine if eligible for the State to pay for in-home care.
- Private Pay Services can be set up through Mason County Health Department and are available to those that do not meet eligibility requirements for the State Community Care Program.
